My name is Cody, owner of LUSH Building Company. Growing up, I knew I had an eye for detail, always thinking of ways to improve the functionality and quality of things built around me. After graduating from the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University, I knew I wanted to be surrounded by contractors and tradesmen where the effort for quality craftsmanship supersedes everything. For the next 7 years, I built and managed luxury homes in Aspen, Winter Park, and in the most desirable neighborhoods in Denver, Colorado. My experience in the construction industry includes anything from multi-million dollar estates, high-end renovations, and production home building. I have a true passion for building homes that meet the highest standards of architecture, craftsmanship, and efficiency.

I founded LUSH with the full intention to create distinct and purposeful spaces, connecting homeowners to their home in a way they never thought possible. Through education and experience, my skills are unmatched when making my clients’ dream homes come true.
